These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services offered by Secret Pilot, a service operated by “Unitrade International” LLC, headquartered in the Republic of Armenia. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and the Company. This agreement applies to all users, regardless of location, and all legal matters shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

1. Services Provided

Secret Pilot offers quality assurance audit services, including but not limited to mystery shopping, service quality evaluations, audit reports, and strategic consultation. Each service is delivered based on predefined packages or custom agreements and may include field visits, digital analysis, reporting, and expert follow-up.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Payment Terms

All services are provided on a prepaid basis unless a separate written agreement is made. Prices for packages do not include additional costs such as airfare, lodging, or on-site meals when travel is required — these must be covered separately by the client.

4. Referral Conditions

Individuals or companies participating in the Secret Pilot referral program are eligible to receive a referral fee for each paying client they successfully introduce. The fee is processed only if the referred client does not cancel the service within the stated review period.
In some cases, Unitrade International LLC may serve as the tax agent and transfer the amount net of applicable taxes.

5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, evaluation methods, and content developed or presented by Secret Pilot are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. No use, reproduction, distribution, or reference is permitted without prior written authorization.
Referral agents or users may not present themselves as representatives or partners of Secret Pilot without explicit consent.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

Personal and corporate information collected through the website or during service delivery is handled per our [Privacy Policy]. Users consent to data processing practices as governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to professional standards and accuracy, Secret Pilot makes no guarantee of direct financial or operational outcomes.
We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, reputational damages, or business disruptions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service delivered.

8. Termination

Secret Pilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access to any individual or entity that violates these Terms, misuses our reports or branding, or acts in bad faith. Services may also be withdrawn in case of technical or legal circumstances beyond our control.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes and claims related to these Terms or services shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Armenia. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties are encouraged to pursue amicable resolution through good-faith negotiations.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with the revised date. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
