Referral Partnership 

These terms define the principles of cooperation between “UNITRADE INTERNATIONAL” LLC, acting under the “Secret Pilot” project, and individuals or entities providing referral services (hereinafter referred to as the “Referral Partner”).

1. Subject of Cooperation

The Referral Partner independently informs potential clients about Secret Pilot services and contributes to their engagement, without representing the company or being authorized to make sales or contractual commitments on its behalf.

2. Payment Terms

• “UNITRADE INTERNATIONAL” LLC pays the Referral Partner a referral fee, the amount of which is determined through a separate agreement or written confirmation.
• The referral fee is payable only if the referred client:
  • signs a service agreement with Secret Pilot,
  • makes the necessary payment, and does not cancel the service within a defined period (7 days).
• The payment will be made within a maximum of 15 business days after all conditions above are fulfilled.
• In accordance with applicable tax regulations, “Unitrade International” LLC may act as a tax agent in certain cases. In such instances, the referral fee will be taxed at the source, and the Referral Partner will receive the net amount after applicable tax deductions.

3. Responsibilities

The Referral Partner agrees to:

• Avoid providing inaccurate, misleading, or damaging information about the company.
• Refrain from any advertising, commercial, or public communication on behalf of Secret Pilot without prior written approval from the company.
• Maintain professional ethics and integrity throughout the cooperation.

4. Confidentiality

The Referral Partner agrees not to disclose, use, or share with third parties any business, financial, or internal information related to the Secret Pilot project and “UNITRADE INTERNATIONAL” LLC during the cooperation and for at least 2 years thereafter.

The Referral Partner may not use the name, logo, trademark, or any identifying signs of the Secret Pilot project, nor any proprietary content, without the prior written permission of the company. This applies to communications shared via social media, emails, advertisements, or any other public channel.

5. Legal Status

This agreement does not constitute an employment, agency, joint venture, or representation relationship. The parties remain legally independent entities.

6. Termination of Cooperation

“UNITRADE INTERNATIONAL” LLC reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the cooperation at any time without justification. In such cases, referral fees for already referred and paying clients will remain valid under the agreed terms.
